Until October 09, 2026, project leaders can submit their applications to benefit from a subsidy aimed at renovating and fitting out vacant business premises. This aid aims to revitalize the Métropole's town centers and village cores, based on the perimeters identified in the metropolitan program "Envie de Ville".
The subsidy can cover up to 35% or 20% of the pre-tax cost of the works, depending on the geographical zone, with a cap of €20,000. It is intended for small businesses, whether in the creation or development phase, that are leasing a vacant commercial or artisanal space.
Eligible works include interior fitting, renovation and compliance with standards, as well as the acquisition of furniture and equipment necessary for the company's activity.
