The Community of Communes - La Vallée du Garon (CCVG) is offering a free workshop aimed at strengthening team management skills. The event will take place on Thursday, December 10, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, at the business incubator of the Garon Valley, located at ZA de Sacuny, 108 rue Barthélémy Thimonnier, 69530 Brignais.
This workshop, open to all, will cover several essential topics for coherent and effective team management. The program includes the importance of establishing clear and shared principles with collaborators, choosing one's leadership posture daily, and the communication tools to implement with one's team.
Participants will also receive advice on setting objectives to provide clear direction to their teams and on how to provide constructive feedback when necessary. The session will be led by Emmanuelle REY-MARMONNIER, representing Cooperial.
