Artisans using ovens, cooking, drying equipment, or paint booths powered by gas or fuel oil can benefit from the DECARB FLASH 2025-2027 program. This aid, supported by the Chamber of Trades and Crafts (CMA), aims to finance the replacement of this equipment with more environmentally friendly electric solutions.
The aid covers between 30% and 50% of the project, depending on eligibility criteria, for investments ranging from €5,000 to €200,000. The program is time-limited and ends in February 2027. The CMA Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes assists artisans in verifying their eligibility and preparing their applications.
This financial support is part of the national electrification plan and specifically targets the replacement of equipment using fossil energy. Trades such as food services (bakeries, pastry shops, caterers), automotive bodywork, laundry, and craft trades are particularly concerned.
To prepare your project, it is advisable to identify the equipment to be replaced, verify project eligibility with a CMA advisor, compare electric solutions, and estimate the investment. Dossier preparation should be anticipated before the deadline.
The CMA Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes offers free support to study the project, verify eligibility, select equipment, and prepare the application. Other financing options may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
A free webinar is offered on Tuesdays, October 6 and 13, and Thursday, October 15, from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM, to present the DECARB FLASH program and answer artisans' questions.
