Project leaders wishing to establish or take over a business within the Centre Ancien-Beauregard perimeter can now benefit from tax exemptions. These aids cover profits, property contributions, and property tax. They will be applied at full rate for 5 years, then progressively over the following 3 years.
This measure was presented during a meeting organized on Monday, September 21, 2026, initiated by the Com'com. The event brought together entrepreneurs and owners of commercial premises in the area, with interventions from the tax services of Aveyron and in partnership with BGE, CCI, and France Travail.
This initiative aims to reassure the approximately 300 businesses in the sector about the possibilities for entrepreneurship and the available support. The Economic Development services of the Com'com and the Urban Policy department of the City of Millau are at their disposal.
