The Arcom launched on October 8, 2026, a call for applications for the allocation of frequencies for the broadcasting of national terrestrial digital television (TNT) channels in high definition.

This call comes in view of the expiry, in December 2027, of the authorizations currently granted to six services: 6TER, L’EQUIPE, RMC DECOUVERTE, RMC LIFE, RMC STORY, and TF1 SERIES FILMS.
The authorizations issued under this call will have an expiry date aligned with that of national authorizations granted last year, i.e., 2035, in order to facilitate potential future evolution of the TNT offer.
Application files must be submitted to Arcom electronically. Candidates must first send an email to request the electronic submission procedure by December 1, 2026, noon Paris time. The complete application file must then be submitted by December 15, 2026, noon Paris time. Applications can be modified or supplemented until this final deadline.
