Urssaf Île-de-France has established support measures for businesses and shops affected by the damage that occurred during the demonstrations on October 17. CCI Seine-et-Marne is disseminating these schemes and assisting professionals in the department.
To address the difficulties, affected businesses can request payment deferrals for their social contributions, spreading payments over up to 12 months without penalties. A postponement of certain employer and personal social contributions is also possible for deadlines in November 2026, December 2026, and January 2027.
An exceptional financial aid, potentially reaching €6,000, is offered by the CPSTI Île-de-France to impacted artisans, traders, and liberal professionals. Details are available on the Urssaf website.
CCI Seine-et-Marne has set up an emergency unit (0800 730 492, proximite@seineetmarne.cci.fr) to advise managers, inform them about available schemes, and direct them to the appropriate contacts. It is recommended to document damages and contact one's insurer.
Other aid is available, including exceptional partial activity, tax measures, and treasury support.
