Haute-Vienne is represented by Sandrine Coulaud, director of L’Atelier du Vitrail in Limoges, in the running for the 2026 Trajectoires d’exception Public Choice Award. Voting is open until November 19th.

Organized by the CMA Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the Trajectoires d’exception awards aim to highlight career paths and commitments that keep craftsmanship alive in the region. They recognize artisans, apprentices, and local stakeholders.
The Public Choice Award, in partnership with radio station ICI, allows the general public to choose their favorite artisan among the departmental candidates. Since 1907, L’Atelier du Vitrail has perpetuated the legacy of master glassmaker Francis Chigot in Limoges. This SCOP, certified Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company), restores historical stained glass and creates contemporary works.
A former lawyer, Sandrine Coulaud trained in the art of stained glass and keeps this exceptional know-how alive. She is the candidate for Haute-Vienne for this edition.
