The Financial Markets Authority (AMF) has warned the public about the illegal activities in France of several new players offering crypto-assets or related services, adding 64 names to its blacklist since the beginning of 2026.

The AMF has identified new websites illegally offering crypto-assets or services related to these assets. These additions bring the total number of unauthorized entities to 64 since the start of 2026.
The complete list of unauthorized sites is available on the AMF website and that of Assurance Banque Épargne Infoservice – ABEIS. The Authority notes that this list is updated frequently but is not exhaustive due to the regular emergence of new fraudulent actors.
To verify if an entity offering crypto-asset services is authorized in France, the AMF provides a whitelist of crypto-asset service providers (PSCA) on its website.
