Led by Célia Gallo, who took over the family business founded by her father, BTA is known for its reliability and flexibility in completing projects for large corporations. The company relies on 13 loyal employees who are also shareholders.
To meet the growing demands of its clients regarding CSR, BTA sought assistance from the CCI Essonne. This support included a carbon audit and a waste diagnosis, enabling Célia Gallo to measure the company's environmental impact and identify concrete areas for action. The first step in this initiative will be the acquisition of two electric vehicles by the end of the year.
In response to evolving business conditions since the health crisis and the rise of flexible office arrangements, BTA is looking to diversify its client base. Recently, the teams installed 1,200 locker columns at the swimming pool in Antony. The hospitality sector is also among the markets the company aims to explore.
