The DRAAF Nouvelle-Aquitaine is currently listing partner structures for the France services agriculture network, scheduled to launch on January 1, 2027.

The France services agriculture network, currently being established, will facilitate access to public services for farmers. Upon its launch on January 1, 2027, it will offer a single point of contact in each department to inform, guide, and support agricultural project holders and future farm transferors, through chambers of agriculture and structures accredited by the regional prefect. Stemming from the agricultural orientation law, this initiative aims to promote food sovereignty.
Its implementation occurs against a backdrop of declining self-employed agricultural production and landscaping staff. According to the Cap Métiers observatory, these numbers have decreased by 2% over the last 5 years, compared to a +1.1% progression for all regional self-employed jobs across all sectors. Furthermore, by 2030, one-third of French farmers will retire.
In conjunction with this network, the DRAAF Nouvelle-Aquitaine is issuing a call for applications to accredit structures capable of implementing the missions outlined in the national specifications (Decree n° 2026-323 of April 28, 2026).
Two levels of support will be provided. Level 2 involves general support at each stage of installation or transmission, including advice for project holders, skills assessment, support for transferors, referral to external providers, and data recording. Level 3 offers specific expertise with broader territorial coverage.
The registration for Level 2 support is open until November 12, while the registration for Level 3 closes on November 20. Public links for candidates interested in France services agriculture support will be available soon.
